Meet your Trainer, Taz

I have been working as a personal trainer and Nutrition Coach since 2017 and I absolutely love helping people feel confident in their bodies and the gym environment.

 I have been and done the whole so called “detox” diets, water fasts, cutting carbohydrate’s out and slimming teas and many other ways to drop fat as fast as I could and none of the above were effective long term or sustainable.

Overtime I have learnt the back and forth diet culture dragged my self confidence and body image down and as years went on I discovered the importance of creating a healthy, balanced, sustainable relationship with both fitness and food.

I now fully enjoy all foods and don’t restrict myself to the things I enjoy and do this in moderation. I now also do way less cardio, way more rest days and I found happiness in weight training and doing things I never thought was possible.

  • I understand this one too, If you’re like me you’re busy a majority of the time and struggle to do things for yourself. Balancing a full time job, family’s and other things life throws at you. I am here to tell you that you do not need to spend endless hours training and working out to see results, all you need is as little as 30 minutes a day to see sustainable results - as long as you’re diet and nutrition is providing the right nutrients your body needs daily.

“DON’T KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING OR WHAT TO DO”

  • It is totally normal to feel lost in a new environment and not feel to confident at all, following youtube or influences on social media, not knowing what it is exactly what your body is needing to see sustainable results. Allow me to do all the work and put together sustainable workout programs to get you started, no knowledge or experience needed or required to get started - save you from endless hours of research on what you should be doing
